The Defense Intelligence Agency says that North Korea has already developed a miniaturized nuclear weapon that can fit on top of an ICBM. The number of nuclear bombs is also growing larger, though estimates differ. Global concerns about an evolving North Korean military threat appears to be advancing far more rapidly than many experts had predicted. Rhetoric has become more and more threatening from both America and North Korea.
